Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FastGage ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Structra mobile application ("Structra", "the app").
Who we are
Structra is provided by FastGage. Contact: hello@fastgage.co.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and authentication credentials (password). We also send one-time passcodes (OTPs) by email to verify your address and for password reset.
- Inspection content. Photos and media you capture or upload, room and inspection metadata, notes, and generated snagging reports.
- Technical data. Basic diagnostics such as app version, device type, and crash or error information, used to operate and improve the app.
How we use information
- Provide Structra's features (account access, inspections, AI-assisted report generation).
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Maintain, debug, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
AI processing
When you generate a report, selected photos and related prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis and text generation, under Google's Gemini API terms. We do not use your content to train our own AI models. Google's processing of API inputs is governed by their terms and policies.
Service providers
We use infrastructure providers to host the app backend and store data (including Supabase for authentication and data storage) and email delivery for account messages. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Storage and retention
Inspection data associated with your account is retained while your account is active. You may remove inspections in the app where that option is available. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from Profile → Delete account in the app. Deletion removes your account, inspections, photos, and reports from our systems, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. Use in-app account deletion or contact hello@fastgage.co to exercise these rights.
Children
Structra is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate. We take appropriate steps to protect it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
